1. Make sure you are using the latest versions of Mozilla Firefox or Safari (for Mac).
Everyone who has contacted me about not being able to view my videos is using Internet Explorer. Once you start using Mozilla Firefox, you will see your online experience will be way better, not just for my website.

2. Also make sure you run your updates on Adobe Flash Player when your computer prompts you!
